Using Automation to Auto-Pilot Your Blog

One can control the publishing of a post as per his wish and convenience; hence, a person need not worry when he plans for a vacation. Steps to put your WordPress blog on autopilot mode are:
1.    Like always, login to the WordPress admin panel.
2.    Check the top navigation bar. Click on “Write”. This will get you to the page of “Write a new post”.
3.    Once on “Write a new post” page, as usual, write your post. Post writing one needs to follow three more steps to schedule it:
a.    There is a tab giving out options of Publish status. It includes published, draft and private. One needs to select the option named Published.
b.    After doing this, one needs to select “Edit Time Stamp” under tab stating Post Time Stamp. This tab gives an option which looks like a calendar. So, here, one needs to select the date and time, he wants the post to be published. At this stated time and on this stated date, the post will automatically get published on the website.
c.    After making all these additional commands, one need to select “Save”. It is important to notice that “Publish” button should not be clicked on else the post will get published at that time only.
One can check all the scheduled entries on the dashboard page of the blog and can enjoy his vacation without any tension.
